1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products.
Products that have been installed or used.
Clearance items or products marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@protecsys.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping the Return: Please pack the item securely and include the RAN on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
